‘’Coast’’ because this parcel of isthmus is bordered by two long and sinuous coasts in the Caribbean and Pacific oceans.. ‘’Rich’’ because its flora and wildlife are unique (10% of the planet’s butterflies live in Costa Rica, 1,200 kinds of orchids, over 1,000 species of birds, 12,000 species of plants and so on), because of its dream beaches and finally, because of its well-protected parks and nature reserves.
